1. Exchange Policy:

• We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

• Your email should include the following:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant images and videos clearly showing the defect or wrong item

• Exchanges will be processed once we verify the provided details. All exchanges will be delivered in 5-7 days.

• Products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

2. Return Policy:

• Currently, we do not accept returns unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

• In case of a defective or wrong item, follow the same process as mentioned in the exchange policy.

3. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to process an exchange for a defective or incorrect item.

• Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange/Refund:

• Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging and tags

• Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

• Items without proper proof (images/videos) of the issue
